"I stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott Santiago de los Caballeros from Sept. 11, 2025 to Sept. 17, 2025 for my husband to see his family. We were given a spacious king size bed with a balcony room. The room was spotless, comfortable, bright, which | loved. I never heard noise within the hotel or the street meaning that there was noise control. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast every hotel offered complimentary breakfast every morning, "

"Great hotel for the price! I thought it was really cute. The staff was great. My only complaint was the restaurant at the hotel. The food was not good. I will stay here again but I wont eat there again. "

"Rooms were nice and clean. I like they have have multiple locks on the gate, front door and the rooms. I loved that they had Netflix and other streaming channels so I was able to watch TV in English. "

"Amazing place. Communication was on point. The attention that Gabriel provided us as our host is unbeatable. The apartment was super clean, fully equipped and with important details that were not taken for granted. From a beautiful well written welcome card to some “cafecito” on the house, I can’t praise enough the level of service received in our stay. We will definitely be coming back to this apartment if we need to go back to Santiago (It’s within reasonable driving time from everything). And I will also make sure to check out the other properties this super host, Gabriel, has. "
