"Service is amazing, property is a bit on the older side but they seem to have constant maintenance. It’s the perfect place for kids under the age of 9, lots of fun activities. The only big downside for me, cause I’m a foody, is their food. Wasn’t very tasty, and restaurant options around it are not too close by. "

All staff in general, and shout out especially to Rizki at the reception desk who assigned us room with wonderful view, and Aulia at the breakfast room who went extra mile to respond to our feedback on salty food and spoiled fruit, and talked to the chef. The day after these things improved. Wonderful!"
