"Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! "The room was very spacious, updated and clean. Located in a very convenient location - walk to La Spezia station is less than 5 minutes. Our towel warmer wasn't working for us but other than that, no complaints. Would stay here again for sure."

"We loved this apartment! We felt so lucky to be staying right in middle of vernazza. There are a lot of stairs but every apartment probably has a lot of stairs. The only complaint was the hot water ran out fast. But I really can’t complain because it was beautiful and the location was fantastic!"
