O quarto é bem simples, e o local é bem perto do centro, só não dá pra ir de mala da Rodoviária até o Prédio por causa da subida expressiva. Mas sem mala, dá pra ir de boa! No quarto que fiquei não tem vista para as montanhas, pra isso tu tem que sair do seu quarto e ir na corredor dos quartos que tem vista. Em resumo, é prático e nada de excepcional!
