Nice modern accomodations with dining options. Nice room and bathroom. The hotel doesn't have a pool, but small workout room.

Excellent F&B service with really small rooms
Bad service at front desk, like it is a cheap motel, horrible. Service at bar/room service is excellent and the night waiter was super professional, the highest point of the stay. Rooms are super small and uncomfortable, parking lot is normal-low

except the weak wifi, the hotel is very good! in the center of all the shopping malls, amzing breakfast, 7 min walking from the border with brazil, near many options of food. after 17-18 pm the area become very empty and it seems not safe at all, but with a car or uber it was ok

New and clean hotel! Very nice and friendly staff! What I didn’t like is the size of the rooms. The rooms are too small. The gym is very limited.

Great staff and management. I'd never stay anywhere else in this city. From the food to the service and the multi lingual staff, there's no reason to stay anywhere else, period.

Pretty good hotel and clean. Staff at the reception could be better if they smile, it makes me feel bad. As with breakfast, it's surprisingly good but when they're out of a certain thing, it would take them half hour to replenish the food. Should be more efficient. But overall it is very good and comfortable.
