"I had a 1 night stay, it was perfect. One of the only hotels in San Francisco who offers onsite parking and it is very secure. "

"Hotel was very good on several occasions I had a lge room with an outside deck Although I enjoyed the room. The Tv was outdated Reception lousy. Definitely needs an upgrade Pool was closed for repairs but looked good "

"At my arrival, just stepped into a small staircase with two homeless people sleeping there, just after a bus station with urine smell. Entered the hotel and stepped into a small old elevator with grafitti all over the walls, and trash in the floor, even an opened cheetos bag in the floor spilled all over, still there the next morning. Room had a bathroom door that didn’t closed, a tv that couldn’t be used because there wasn’t any remote control, a walking closet that couldn’t be used also because of the insecticide smell inside. Bed was really confortable though, and the road noise and screams didn’t bothered that much. Still, it’s not on a safe neighborhood and believe me, I’m not staying there again."

"We enjoyed our stay many amenities close by but would have been nice to have an area map workers were helpful and friendly check out is at 11am but theres a sitting area on 2nd floor where we sat and waited till 7pm for our scheduled train "

"The hotel is not in the best location so beware! Once you walk outside you are near the Tenderloin to the left. Not a good area. The hotel completely price guaged due to conferences in the area. Three times the regular rate per night for an aging huge chain property is robbery! Stayed at many Hiltons that are in better shape, better locations, with better staff, at MUCH lower prices. We will not be back. The staff were not particularly friendly, except the bell hop. "
