"Avoid if staying in sanfransico location wasn’t brilliant - parking attendants were incredibly rude and it was hard to park despite paying 30 dollars per day. Had to drive around multiple times as gate was shut, had to get my friend to go in to open the gate. One unsafe derelict elevator which sometimes took 20 minutes to get down. Bathroom was moldy and dirty and dark toilet seat fell off - no ac no heating. Would stay away at all costs. "

"I reserved a premium room and paid extra for it. While the room was located on a top floor with a wonderful view, it was adjacent to the bank of elevators. Behind the headboard on the other side of the wall was a service elevator, which caused constant noise throughout the night, making it sound like planes were landing. The next morning, I approached the front desk to request a room change, as I still wanted a premium room but without the constant sound of moving elevators. However, my husband and I were assigned to a room with far less square footage than our previous one, and it wasn't a premium room, despite what the woman at the front desk had said. We were disappointed, and unfortunately, there was no adjustment made to my bill. Aside from this, we liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast was good."

"Hotel was very good on several occasions I had a lge room with an outside deck Although I enjoyed the room. The Tv was outdated Reception lousy. Definitely needs an upgrade Pool was closed for repairs but looked good "

"At my arrival, just stepped into a small staircase with two homeless people sleeping there, just after a bus station with urine smell. Entered the hotel and stepped into a small old elevator with grafitti all over the walls, and trash in the floor, even an opened cheetos bag in the floor spilled all over, still there the next morning. Room had a bathroom door that didn’t closed, a tv that couldn’t be used because there wasn’t any remote control, a walking closet that couldn’t be used also because of the insecticide smell inside. Bed was really confortable though, and the road noise and screams didn’t bothered that much. Still, it’s not on a safe neighborhood and believe me, I’m not staying there again."

"The hotel is not in the best location so beware! Once you walk outside you are near the Tenderloin to the left. Not a good area. The hotel completely price guaged due to conferences in the area. Three times the regular rate per night for an aging huge chain property is robbery! Stayed at many Hiltons that are in better shape, better locations, with better staff, at MUCH lower prices. We will not be back. The staff were not particularly friendly, except the bell hop. "
