"The Stay here was nice and what was expected. We loved they had smoking rooms and that there was no carpet Hard wood floors was a plus. The room was clean. Did not like or agree with the $100.00 extra deposit. However, it was refunded on my card later. The room was decent, but we took pictures and reported to front office areas of concern when we first checked in room that they probably would have tried to keep the extra $100.00. Only issue was because we stayed two nights no one came to clean room or empty trash or bring clean towels (We had our on from home Packed) and when we asked everyone who work cleaning rooms all say they didn't speak English. I feel it was a lie and it represented poor customer service. Overall, we had stayed there once, and we will more than likely repeat stay here if/when back in Columbus. They do have lots of weekly/monthly live in customers (so No breakfast) with lots of dogs.( We're not really pet lovers). And The Night Parking was awful we had to park kinda far from room. It was quiet and we felt safe. They get an 8 out of Ten."

"The room was well appropriated; however there was a leak in the bathroom and the furniture in poor condition. The hotel needs a little love to update."

"Roaches. My shower light produced more water (from the upstairs neighbors shower drain). There were literal hairs flowing out of the light fixture along with all of the upstairs units waste water. I was awoken by the staff screaming at someone outside of my door at 0600 after other neighbors were outside yelling and partying until 0300. Couldn't use the bathroom at all. Couldn't sleep. Staff was notified of the leak as soon as it presented and nothing was done or even offered to be done. So i spent 65 dollars on a hotel room in which i couldn't use the bathroom, shower or sleep. Awesome..."

"We just stayed for the night on a travel day. It was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and bed was comfortable. The woman working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to shopping and restaurants."

"Can’t really complain. You can’t expect too much from a 2 star property. Staff was nice. Free parking. Only thing I’ll mention is that the shower head was leaking. It was spraying water towards the ceiling every time we turned it on. We had to hang a wash cloth on top of the leak to prevent the water from spraying us in the face as well. Other than that, the water was hot, shower pressure was fine."
