"Once I got checked in it was a wonderful stay. However my check-in process was a mess. I used the kiosk and it said my room wasnโt ready yet, mind you this was booked weeks in advance and we arrived hours after check-in time. So I had to wait for a person to check in with and I stood there for over 20 minutes waiting before someone finally walked out to the front desk. I was already exhausted from the dayโs activities and was ready to get into bed, so the wait was very annoying when it should have been done within minutes. There wasnโt anything wrong with my room and it had been ready to begin with.. so technology is great as long as itโs working properly."

"We enjoyed 4 nights at the Yotel in Glasgow. We were initially concerned about the noise from the bars/street across from us that we could here from our 3rd floor room on the east side facing Hope street. But the noise typically died down around 10pm. The room was large and comfortable, although some of the finishes (carpet) could use replacement froms stains etc. Our mini-fridge did not work- and was disappointed they story we were told by someone at the hotel was that is wasn't a fridge- just a cooler. Nonetheless, the staff were the friendliest we've encountered. Would stay again."

"We stayed in three Moxy places in our trip to northern England and Scotland and of the three this one was my favorite. The room they gave us was much more spacious and the staff was much friendlier. It also seemed busy but not so packed as to be uncomfortable. It is a little farther sea from the city centre (apparently there is a Moxy closer to downtown) but this was a good stay and if coming to Glasgow again I would seriously consider staying here again."

"We loved the room makeover. The bed was very comfortable and we loved that a light near your feet would come on when you get out of bed at night. Also the air conditioner was quiet, no clunking noises and effortless control."
