"Stayed in a studio, couldn't work out how to get the shower hot - reception helped with that. Room great - love having the kitchen facilities and aparthotel is a great concept - found plenty of extra towels in the wardrobe. Could hear traffic noise and could vaguely hear trains but not enough to impact on sleep if your not used to sleeping near a main road earplugs may be a good idea."

"Excellent hotel with lovely staff. We stayed for 8 nights in a studio and studio deluxe. The latter being the better option and a perfect size. The small kitchenette was great. Coffeee machine in the lobby was an added bonus. The perfect hotel in a perfect location. Just 2-mins walk to Gloucester Road tube, a 5-min walk to Kensington High Street and Gardens. We'll be back and rate this hotel highly. "

"Had a really lovely stay at the Strand Palace. We recieved a free upgrade to a King size double room.
