"Unable to stay here, no pool, hot water, or elevators"

"Staff was great. The rooms are very damp/humid; I spoke with other visitors and they confirmed the same. Our shower had a leak and had water running across the bathroom floor. The breakfast options were good."

"Had an availability which was a plus. However online lots of things are mentioned that are not available. Pool has not been clean in forever and was closed couldn’t swim in it. Breakfast was basic cereal and toast. Beds were hard, carpet felt dirty, wall in bathroom cracked, as well as cracks in sink and tub. Lastly the air conditioner did not work properly said 68 and it was definitely not 68 in there. Also got charged for an extra guest which I’m not sure why. Didn’t get an extra bed or room...

"This would be a great place to go with a large group like a family reunion or a wedding but we were there for the weekend for a basketball tournament by ourselves. The lodges are set up with a common area in the middle and the sound goes right through the doors. We had people playing pool at midnight and could hear everything. We could also hear the people above us walking around and there was a squeaky spot in the floor that they stepped on over and over. They were early risers, about 6...

"My sister and I stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites, Tulsa for 5 days while visiting our daughter/neice. The hotel was very clean. The water pressure and hot water worked l so well. The ac in the room was nice and cool. Arlene who works in cafeteria was very personable and hard working. She made sure the food was always topped up and the surroundings were clean. Lindsay and Kellan at the front desk were amazingly helpful and sweet. Will we ever come back, you ask? We most certainly will!"

"Everything was amazing. I think the only downside was the second day, and that had nothing to do with hotel, or how great they were. The cops did a raid on one of the rooms a few doors down from us and arrested someone. I felt like there was always police there, which was no biggie, stuff happens. All in all, the staff were nice, the room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy and accessible, we didn't get to try breakfast we were operating on a 2 hour time change, and...

"Pay to park, didn't see that anywhere until I l99k at my bank account. They changed me2 times, called them and then was told they only charged me once. Received credit for one. A week later I've been charged again for the same thing and yet was told very rudely by the person on the phone they only charged me once and was credited. But yet 2 additional charges have been deducted. Now to the room itself. Everything was ok except shower/tub was not up to parquet and hair in that area wasn't...
