"We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, walking distance for anything we wanted to do. The room was great and the staff were very helpful. We dropped our key down a drain on the first day and they easily got us a new one even late at night. Highly recommend laying on the patio and taking a dip in the pool. The best mojito I’ve had! "

"Staff was amazing. Rooms very nice . Pool lovely . Massage took some arranging but very reasonable price by NYC standards. Front desk connected us to private tour to Valparaiso which was much less expensive than app offerings. Enjoyed neighborhood and restaurants. Expedia had discount price at time we booked— would reconsider if we had to pay full price . Lovely hotel. Great breakfast too. "

"Well located delightful home for a few days. Convenient to hop on hop off, the Consstera Center few blocks away, the cable car to San Cristobal Hill, great restaurants around and walking distance to MUT!
Staff is friendly and helpful. Agustin and Cecilia gave us outstanding recommendations to make our visit to Santiago worth coming back to.

"We booked this hotel pre-cruise as it was the hotel used by the cruise line for guests. We found the people (front desk, wait staff and housekeeping) to be friendly and outgoing. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the Lobby Bar was convenient for grabbing a meal or a snack. Word of advice, the pizza is large enough for two. The room was clean, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is readily available along with a body cream "
