Location and quiet

Modern design hotel in a strategic location. The hotel is quiet and peaceful and the staff was friendly. Wi-Fi worked great and I had perhaps the best hotel scrambled eggs in 10 years.

We stayed here recently for one night after our cruise and found it the perfect spot to enjoy a day in Santiago. It was close to some great restaurants, and an easy walk to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop near the funicular. Modern, clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. We are light breakfast eaters, so it was great for us, but if you would like a hearty breakfast, may not be something you like. They also arranged our cab to the airport at the end of the day and had no problem storing our bags for our day of exploring.

Great location, easily walkable

We really enjoyed this location. The hotel was beautiful, safe and had a great breakfast. The website indicated there was an airport shuttle. I made numerous attempts to contact the hotel by email, phone, text and WhatsApp and never got a response to anything. We arranged our own transportation. Check-in took an inordinate amount of time. The bathroom/shower had smoked glass walls which did not afford privacy. I was there with my adult daughter and we personally didn’t like this feature.
