Nice and simple hotel, 10 min walk to the city center. Rooms are large and clean. Had a bit of a hot water issue (seems to be on timer of sorts) but nothing major.

The property is nice however there is no ramp outside so you have to carry your suitcases up stairs. The checkin person was very cold. Not interested in answering questions about where we could get good or even the best way to get to the airport. We had a hard time getting hot water in our room and tried to call the front desk but he never answered so we had to go down to get him. There was one restaurant in walking distance- Chinese and it was very good. Do not expect a lot from any customer service people as they are all slow and meals can take an hour to come out ;even pizza). The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom shower had no door or curtain and water filled the entire floor almost into the bedroom area.

sleek design and modern fittings
Very spacious room with sleek design and modern fittings. The immediate area is not particularly interesting but its only a 12 minute walk to the old town which is vibrant and full of interesting architecture.

MIND THE STEP !
The room looks very nice and comfortable, but there has to be a warning paper on the door of the bathroom, because the high step might be quite dangerous for older people (and even young ones!). Something like MIND THE STEP !

Nice hotel but with issues
It’s a decent hotel, recently refurbished. The room was clean, a decent size and the bed was comfortable. There were a couple of negatives. There was quite a bit of noise during our stay. The hotel is situated just off a main busy road, and with the room being quite warm when you opened the window the traffic noise was very loud. There was an air condition unit in the room but no way of conrolling it. There was also a dog in the garden opposite our room that barked continually and we were in a room directly above the restaurant - and you could hear the door opening and closing constantly. But the main problem was the shower that was really poor. No matter how you held it or tried the different settings it just poured out like a tap, making it difficult to shower

Great hotel for women travelers
The staff is wonderful here and it is super safe and super quiet. The internet actually works on every floor (amazing for hotels in this price range). The small cafe is great for late dinner. The sheets are pressed and beautiful. The pillows are down:). The bathrooms are new and immaculate. Elevator is a plus for heavy luggage.

I can stay there again
Spacious room, clean with a mini bar and toiletries. No intercom which was particularly annoying as it was hot and there was no remote for the air conditioner. Their kitchen wasn’t open as it was ‘Easter’ (different time from the rest of the world) so I had to go into town which is about 15-20mins from hotel. Guy at reception gave off the air of exasperation even though he was helpful

Excellent value room
We booked a junior suite and I was impressed. A very decent sized room and for the money it was excellent value, I think we paid around £35. The room was very clean and modern and I would absolutely recommend it as an alternative for staying right in the old town itself. The hotel itself doesn't really have any facilities and the area is residential and quiet but you can walk to the main town square in about 15 minutes or a short taxi ride away.

Great hotel at a great price
Second time we've stayed here in the past 2 years. Hotel is very nice with great well priced rooms. Staff are excellent & super helpful. My wife left some earrings & realized on the way to the airport while visiting family. We called - they had found them - arranged for a family member to swing by & pick them up & bring them to us. Always appreciate helpful honest people!

Decent hotel!
I got his decent hotel for reasonable price. It takes time to walk to old city area of Cluj, but it is walkable. The room was very nice, and I liked the restaurant too. The parking lot was full, so I parked on the street but it was ok.

I stayed much less than I wished for, for personal reasons. I found the hotel a very good place to crash and sleep. From the little that I used the room, I found all the fixtures were good, a well-designed bathroom with shower, and very good sleeping materials (sheets, pillows etc.). All in all, I will remember it as a good option for Cluj.
