"The bedroom bathrooms need a update tubs need resurfacing . My room door did close but couldnt latch because door was not level. "

"The resort overall was good just need a little upgrade when it comes to the amenities. Bathtub and standing shower seemed dry but due to it being older just stained. Jacuzzi needs to be cleaned the jets had mold and dirt coming out of them."

James Grille was not taking anymore guests 1.5 hours before closing one evening, and we were turned away, which was disappointing. Rooms are clean Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Location is close to major attractions. Overall excellent property. "
