"Breakfast was good lot to choose, good transportation and lots of restaurants "

"Had to wait 2.5 hours after check-in to be able to enter room. The hotel is relatively new but very cheaply done, missing amenities such as soap or something to wash dishes. Room is advertised with a mini fridge but didn't have one. Breakfast is basic but fine. Overall would not recommend staying here"

"The restaurant Q Ceviche has slow service and the Hawaiian pizza I ordered was the worse pizza I’ve tasted. We couldn’t eat it. They used can pineapple and the pizza had too much pineapple juice, the pizza dough in the center wasn’t cooked enough and the pizza soaked in pineapple juice. The afternoon front staff wasn’t very helpful. I don’t think I will ever stay at this Ibis hotel again."

"Excellent hotel in walking distance to La Candelaria and other attractions. The pool, sauna and gym are great, the staff are all very helpful, and the breakfast changes daily. Bring ear plugs, noise from the hall can come into the room and there are some distant roosters. We would stay here again."
