"Staff and property for the most part were very good. The pool was very crowded and all chairs were covered and mostly unoccupied for much of the day. We were told at check in that if a chair was unoccupied for more than 30 minutes or so, the towels and possessions would be cleared. Didn't happen. "This resort is beautiful. It’s also fun. We loved it. The only complaint is the dinner food. Breakfast and lunch at the pool bar were good, but dinner? Not good at all. The sushi place was pretty good and room service was ok but everything else was barely edible. We aren’t foodies so we still managed to make it work and have a great time. But it’s something to consider if a great fancy dinner on vacation is important to you. Also, the upgrade wasn’t worth it. "

"The staff was amazing and so helpful!!! You can not stay at a better resort in all of Cozumel for beauty and luxury! With that being said, the all inclusive food… not good! The buffets felt like frozen meals that were reheated and thrown out there. As the days grew e knew what not to get and it was still a good option to have for the days you don’t want to leave! I would recommend getting a buggy for a few days if you want to experience authentic Mexican food! I think we set our expectation too...
