Property is old but in very good condition and clean. It's pretty no-frills but comfortable. I had a problem on the last day with my door lock, but the staff was friendly and helpful basically dismantling the door so I could get my stuff.

The other reviews are correct. It’s a simple but large condo with a bedroom, kitchen, sitting room and table area. Immaculately clean. Very good breakfast. Situated in the heart of downtown. Will absolutely stay again!

Colonial suites is a great location! Lots of great restaurants in the immediate area, and a short walk to the pier for diving. Staff was very professional and friendly. I had a small issue, that was taken care of immediately. Breakfast of coffee, fruit and yogurt, toast, eggs, and refried beans was served on the premises. Very efficient, and again the staff was great.

The property is at a convenient location, rooms clean. There was a minor misunderstanding upon check in but it was solver right way. Griselda at front desk was very helpfull

We were only in Cozumel for one night so it was perfect for us. Located right on the square we could have easily walked to it if we had known our way around. It’s close to the ferry and the ocean. Lots of local shops and restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel is cute, clean, & comfortable. It is an older property but suited us well for the night. Check in was fast and we were able to have a late check out and room upgrade with our Expedia VIP benefits. The waitress at breakfast was super sweet and took great care of us. Service with a smile is always appreciated! Breakfast was simple but cooked to order and fresh. Would stay here again!

Suites colonial is an amazing hotel that raises the bar 👍 booked wrong dates accidently thanks to expedia's bad ui, immediately called expedia - they were very unhelpful and said 'not my problem'. The hotel however accommodated us. This is the only hotel I'll stay in cozumel. 5 stars. But expedia gets 2 star. Do better

Even though these rooms are priced for double occupancy, the hotel WILL charge you for the second guest if you book it only listing one person. They admit no difference in price but say " we must respect the contracr" and extort you at check in. Expedia will not help you in this situation.

Dark, humid, uncomfortable

The scores are not reflecting the condition of the rooms. The air condition was not strong enough to dry up the humidity in the room. I cleaned the filter of the air condition that accumulated thick dust. There was a kitchen but no cooking pots, only a small fry pan. We Asians need to drink boiled water and it was almost impossible.

El detalle que no ne gusto es que nobtiene alberca, y el desayuno solo aplica el americano, considero que debia aplicar el de bufette el otro punto es que no tiene estacionamento, el personal bastante amable, mas que bueno de hay en fuera, bien, saludos.
