Only lose a star because housekeeping didn't clean the room and I had to go to front desk to ask for fresh towels. And right after I went to front desk, housekeeping showed up and said we are the last room on their route to clean. Well..."

"I booked 2 rooms for my family of 6. Each room had 2 queen beds. No coffee maker in any room. Had a bottle of conditioner on the wall in the shower but it was empty. It wasn’t the little bottles like you get at most hotels. But most hotels make sure they are full. Only 2 towels in each bathroom even though I booked 2 rooms for 6 people. The towels in the pool area are tiny. Almost hand towel size. Had to use 3 towels to dry off. Breakfast is very small. It’s like they stuffed it into a closet. It was the worst Hilton I’ve stayed in but not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. "

"The view is amazing so happy me and my friend choose to make the hour long drive from Denver to Colorado Springs! We will most definitely come back to Hotel Poloris. Also Nick was amzing, thank you Nick we home to see you agian!"
