"We went for some work and we stayed there. And we informed the staff regarding hot water I mean to say Gizzar was not working when we inform them they told that u have book the hotel probably 10 days before and u have to inform us regarding the hot water then we will make it arrange they said. It was tooo cold and they never gave us hot water I wish I could give them Zero. They are unprofessional. Never ever wish to stay they’re again if they provide us for freee also. Worst experience "

"The staff at the hotel were excellent. They work so hard and went well out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The room was clean, but the bathroom could do with some care and attention for cleanliness, particularly around the utilities (e.g. shower). The area was very congested and noisy, and if you’re from abroad expect to be heckled by the locals wanting to sell you things for extortionate prices, particularly tuk tuk transport. The hotel staff however helped keep us safe...

"I liked the restaurant upstairs. Breakfast served dail and dinner to order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Small fridge services available which meant you didn’t have to go and buy snacks. Water provided as well. Close to metro. "

"Horrible experience, Bad smell in the rooms and toilet. Bed and sheets are not clean or washed. I have booked two rooms for 4 adults and 1 Child(15Yrs). Even after it is confirmed in the booking form , the hotel manager asked me to pay Rs 1120/- extra for the Child while check out. They did not provide extra bed too."

Ordering room service was a hassle as they always seemed to have nothing from the menu and just one or two items constantly. "Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist."
