"Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was good at first glance but skirting boards were full of tea stains, needed a good clean . Make sure to ask for a room at the front as it was like sleeping on the m1,at the back . For what we paid it was ok but not at full price"

"Great hotel, especially for the summer with the a/c. Great location on the canal and a grocery store right next door. Unfortunately no fridge in room and the breakfast was very expensive, but there was free teas and coffee. Great spaces for hanging out for a break in the day."

"Had a lovely stay. Our room was on the ground floor close to the pool. It wasn't very big but beautifully decorated. Used the pool on the evening which was lovely. We had included dinner in our booking which we had in Palm Court. The food was delicious and the staff were attentive. We had breakfast in there and had the same experience. We had used Tesco vouchers to pay for part of our stay and that was easy to do. We will definitely come back again."

"We were here for a family get together being held not far away, everything went as well as could be - the room was lovely unfortunately there was a problem with the pool so we could not use it. Bar meal was good but quite expensive. Breakfast was okay probably as good as you get for buffet style food."
