Great hotel, superb service, great location as well.

We had a garden view room. Room was really nice. Spacious, with a comfortable sofa, and beyond that, a nice alcove-like area next to the windows that us great for a quiet coffee or tea, very quiet with a good garden view including of la pedrera. Beds were really comfortable, air conditioning good.The toilet is really nice - strong hot showers and great toiletries. Reception staff were helpful, although perhaps not the warmest or friendliest. Housekeeping was good.

WineOclock was exceptional

All of the staffs that we had contact with are all very helpful and friendly. Me and my wife was celebrating our year end holiday and this hotel made our holiday worthwhile. The location is terrific as it is in the city centre and almost all shopping are around the corner. Many nice restaurants within walking distance and housekeeping was awesome and polite

Ask for room 507 or similar corridor as they overlook the hotel’s inner courtyard

Their service is good. Although they have provided a kettle (subject for availability) as per my request, it could have been better if there is already one in the room (same as other hotels). Ive rated the service 4 because when I checked in, the staff took my credit card so they could charge me if something say is damaged. I clarified this with Joel when we checked out, ie. If they will check our room, but he said no need. They will charge me say for breakfast (not covered by our reservation)....

I would like to thank the staff for great and genuine service throughout our entire stay. The room was comfortable and clean and amenities were quality and sufficient. Thank you for taking care of our needs and will highly recommend this hotel which provides privacy and superior standards in terms of product and services.
