"This was my first time visiting Macau and staying at another hotel and Andaz. I had a bad memory at the first hotel and moved to Andaz, but thanks to the clean room and friendly service, I was able to return with only good memories of Macau. I would like to especially thank "Yannie" and "Alex" for their kind explanations when checking in and for upgrading the room so that I could only have good memories. I would also like to thank "Justin" for having so much fun with my kids at the indoor pool....
