"Nuestra experiencia en el hotel Fénix Beach siempre ha sido espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegas, el lugar transmite tranquilidad, buena energía y una vibra perfecta para desconectarse de la rutina y realmente descansar. El ambiente es increíble. La combinación de la playa, la música, los espacios del hotel y la atención hacen que la experiencia se sienta muy especial. Definitivamente se ha convertido en uno de nuestros hoteles favoritos en Cartagena para escaparnos unos días, descansar, disfrutar juntos y salir renovados. Súper recomendado para parejas que quieran vivir una experiencia diferente, tranquila y con un ambiente espectacular."

"Awful! It seems like they are not welcome at all. When we’ve arrived they started to record us secretly + they don’t even have a reception. I cannot understand if it’s a hotel or something else. Rooms are terrible, while they were showing us the rooms they were also recording our voices,WHY???"

"We enjoyed our stay, it was very serene and comfortable with great staff who helped us get around to all the fun outings around Cartagena and the islands. Tia is a fabulous cook and Jose and Akil were always very helpful with any of our needs or planning day trips. The Tiny Village was perfect for our needs. "It was clean. It is like a tiki hut. No wifi, no tv. Updated bathroom. They had a nice private plunge pool. They came and took dinner order. It took awhile to get dinner, but they are walking up mountain. It is not for anyone who can't do a lot of stairs. I would have liked a blanket on the bed and hot water. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy nature and the person they are with. "
