"Such a pleasant surprise. I have spent over 55 years travelling around the world, mainly on business. Sadly, the UK proved to be the most disappointing country for hotels and restaurants. Not this one. A pleasant and helpful receptionist, a superb team in the bar and restaurant for dinner and breakfast this morning. A bedroom twice the size of any Premier Inn, a super king bed, most comfortable. All in all, one of the most positive experiences all round. Congratulations to all the great team which made our stay a pleasant and enjoyable experience."
