"Room and location was great. The staff wasn't the greatest upon arrival. The first person had no clue what he was doing and was telling my cc was declined at first for the $50 authorization. I kept asking what it was and he was not informative. He was trying to tell me that my reservation was not going be honoured if I didn't have another cc. I said well I already payed almost $300 for the room. Non refundable! About four times of going back and forth I asked for a manager! Naturally I was getting annoyed. She came and was a bit abrupt at first. She was telling me to calm down let's all take a breath and continue. She said she couldn't engage with me and sort the problem out. Which was fair and honest:). She eventually fixed the issue and we continued. But I was frustrated because I knew it was already our, I logged into my banking and nothing was wrong with my credit card so I knew it was internal to the hotel but the first agent just kept telling me I needed a new card! The manager fixed it and made it work in the end! Breakfast was ok. Nothing we could eat due to allergies. But had yogurt and fruits. Room was very clean."
