"The room was very clean. When the hand held shower head didn’t work for the soaker tub & couldn’t be corrected during our stay the front desk supervisor deducted the upgrade fee I had agreed to on reserving. So I was very happy about that. All of our interactions were very pleasant with any staff there. We will go there again for sure. The waterfront was lovely. 😊 "

"Had an amazing time at the Georgian. We wanted to take advantage of the recent warm fall weather and spend a few days in Collingwood. It was our first time trying this hotel out. The heated outdoor pool was still open and a wonderfully warm temperature. We spent hours there. There is also an indoor pool but we didn't try it out, but it was also very warm temperature. We visited the Scenic Caves that were just a short drive away, and it was great to wind down and relax in the pool after a few hours hiking there. The staff were excellent, and we would especially like to recognize Clovis who checked us in and was so very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay. It really made a big difference, and made us feel so welcome and so happy to see someone go far and beyond compared to other places we have stayed at. Will definitely be back. Thanks again for a great getaway!"
