"Reception personnel were very accomodating and friendly. The suites are convenient for family travel, despite the sofa bed not being the best. Location is excelent for commuting in London and walking distance fo amazong attractions. Beautiful hotel, highly recommend."

"We very much enjoyed our stay! The hotel accessibility was mostly good, and the close access to the Elizabeth line was a cornerstone of our trip. Aaron at the concierge desk was a font of useful info, thank you again!"

"Amazing studio apartment with amenities like heated bathroom floors, heated towel rack, nice and cool air con, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, vent. It has literally everything you need to enjoy multiple days in London.
Great check in process, amazing in pretty much every way. There is a train that goes by, but it is barely noticeable where I was."

"The hotel itself was well great. The person that checked us in was a bit hard to understand due to her overly fast speaking and unclear speaking (Spanish accent perhaps) and I work with ELL students. Before leaving, I contacted reception to ask about tax flat rate services to airport and was informed that it existed and that they would order it for me for £175. After checking out I asked again about the taxi flat rate service and was confirmed by the lady that worked at the desk the same information and she offered to order it and said that they would tell us when the taxi was ready for us. One of the staff brought our suitcases to the taxi, and as we were riding it it, I noticed the meter was on as we were outside the city of London. I told the taxi driver that the hotel told us it would be the flat fee and he literally said, "That is not what I was told." In the end, he charged us the flat fee, plus the £10 for entering the airport, plus, did not accept cash and there was no way of avoiding the tipping service. Overall, I huge disappointment that the hotel staff working at this hotel did not check in this type of information before making the booking. I felt scammed. I would not visit again as the trust was broken."
"We experienced the breakfast, dinner , the cocktail bar and late night drinks and a coffee before leaving this amazing hotel. Every member of staff we encountered went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Super friendly and curious . The room was very clean with everything one would need and comfortable beds . Would highly recommend this hotel"
"From checking in with Siobahn, who was such a marvellous credit to the hotel, she was so helpful, giving advice and genuine warmth. A small amount of parking under the hotel was a boon, safe and close to the main routes out of London. They had done lovely small touches like earplugs in the rooms, as London can be a noisy city. Fans for this heatwave, also available. Lovely garden courtyard to escape the heat with drinks. Very close to Russell Tube station to get around. I would stay again."
"This hotel was very interesting. I didn’t realize I was staying in a cabin, or a “nest” as they call it, until I actually saw it.
My double bed room was small enough for one person, so I can’t imagine what a single room looks like. However, for the price I paid in London during high season, it was definitely worth it.
Everything is digital. After making your reservation, you receive several emails with steps to get a QR code, which you’ll need to access pretty much everything. If your phone dies, you might be in a bit of trouble, although there always seemed to be an employee on duty. I hadn’t seen the emails while flying, so my check in took about 30 minutes until I completed all the steps.
The room feels like a small ship cabin, but I had a very comfortable night of sleep. I didn’t hear any noise from my neighbors and slept very well.
The bathrooms are shared, similar to a nice gym. Everything was very clean, you barely bump into other people, and it still feels private.
There isn’t much space for luggage, but they offer lockers, so you can just bring what you need into your room.
The location is a huge plus, right in the heart of Soho.
For young or adventurous travelers, this can be a great option!"
