"Tell customers upfront there is a hard credit card requirement, digital asset not acceptable even with my room already paid for. Instead of asking me for $100 fee or another hard card for them to ‘have the numbers’ off of it. Card swiped then I was asked to sign acknowledgment of checking in. I was very close to leaving and canceling my reservation which this place could not find upon my arrival. I was questioned beyond a regular here is my name and need to check in like I am used to. This made me feel very uncomfortable, upset and unwelcome.
