"Clean and good location.
However, there is no air conditioner. It was warm on the nights stayed and the little fan did help much. The windows were also chained so they could not open enough to let in the cool air outside. They need to adjust that."

10/10 Excellent
"Very friendly helpful staff and great hotel for style, location and comfort. Pretty much perfect if there had been some tiny clue as to how to contact room service ! Roof pool on a sunny September morning - doesn't get better."
"Staff was great helped with suggestions and when to stay away from the protest happening. Even during check-in they made every possible accommodation possible when we arrived so early. The live music at the restaurant was very nice. The hallways on our floor could have been better kept. We saw the same champagne glasses in front of a room for the 3 day we stayed. It was close enough to the metro where we took that everywhere to get around. Solid place to stay. And our view was fantastic. "
"Service was excellent, from the moment of arrival to the end. Staff is professional, obliging, and attentive. It was a joy to stay there. The hotel is quaint, endearing in its decorations and lightning. "
"Very convenient for lots of Battersea features! Although right next to railway the room was extremely quiet. Reception relaxing and breakfast was great! Enjoyable stay. "
