"The whole experience was great except for one staffer in the kitchen/breakfast service who was so strict with the closing time towards a young person wanting to get to her mother who was inside the food area already to collect her plate of food. Later she would not even allow kids to access water with their breakfast after 9:30AM (on Monday) time had elapsed. It caused me a lot of discomfort at her level of meanness. I understand she has a job to do but she could have been a little more accommodating and not so rigid. This experience has heavily influenced my evaluation for staff and service aspect of this survey. "
