friendly hotel. Reception staff at check in was extremely curt verging on rudeness. When asking if pool was still open said wouldn’t think so as it was their weekend this was at 5.30pm!! Sent us to spa to ask ourselves not what you would expect of a hotel of this standard! Fortunately the rest of the staff were so helpful and their service was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean and pool facilities were great. "
