"Airport - Hotel Transfer Van (Destination Services) was easy to find due to their stand being clearly marked (RIU Hotels) and visible across from Margaritaville Restaurant outside the Airport. Check-in / out Staff were very welcoming. Easy Check-in / Out. Our hotel room was very clean and had a great view of the Pools and Beach. Hotel has variety of foods and drinks to choose. Nicest Beach even when the Ocean brings in a little seaweed."

"Overall the stay was good. Only slight downfall was the difficulty in getting chairs by the pool at the ocean and making reservations for certain dinner spots. "

"We had a great stay and would come again. The only problem we had was the restaurants. Reservations were very difficult to get at all the resaurants and the quality of the food at most of them was poor. We ended up eating at the buffet more than we expected. The hotel and the staff were great."

"Staff if friendly, and the room was clean. The $70 fee upon arrival is something they should let be known when booking. The rooftop is nice with a good view. "

"We had such a pleasant stay at Cozumel! The rooms were very clean and we loved that it came with a hammock. The food was honestly very satisfactory for an all inclusive — we enjoyed the snack bar and restaurant a lot! Just make sure you ask for the hours of each (buffet/snack bar/restaurant) so you are aware. The bar also had great drinks! All of our activities were booked through the hotel as well which was very helpful. You can snorkel and dive at the hotel but we also booked ATV riding, cenote swimming, and stingray meeting! Tony at the resort who hosted our karaoke was great :) all the staff were very very friendly. "

"We love staying at Platinum Yucatán Princess. The staff are simply fabulous. They are so warm and friendly. Food is always good. We love the swim-out suites. You can participate in various activities or just veg poolside with a good book. Access to the sister properties is nice. The beach is not always available because of large amounts of stinky sargassum but that’s nature. While it may not be the most luxurious resort we have stayed at, it meets all of our needs without paying an arm and a leg. Love going back to see our friends Javier, Garameel and many others. "
