Great room, very friendly and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast selection. The location is very good. Had a nice view of the dragon bridge from our river view room. Only downside was a little noisy at night but nothing out of the ordinary given it was new years and it is right on a busy road

The whole experience was perfect… From check-in to room preparedness, to breakfast choices, to staff attentiveness and helpfulness! The hotel is maintained to a good standard and to a high quality of cleanliness! Great bed with quality bedding, great location with a beautiful view of the dragon bridge. The room design was modern and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were all friendly and helpful The only weird thing was they had to charge for a laundry bag that I took by mistake. I have never had to pay for a laundry bag in any other hotels before. But will stay here again if I ever visit Danang again.

The hotel had only been open 7 months when we stayed so it was in fantastic shape. We booked a pricier room which put our room on a higher floor away from street noise and included a wonderful view of city center that lights up brilliantly at night. Breakfast was included with our room and had a great spread of local Vietnamese and western cuisine. The rooftop infinity pool and bar is small but has a great view of the city. Happy hour is buy 2 get 1 free and had local craft beer on tap. The staff was fabulous, especially Mr. Huy Nguyen, who booked us a private driver to Hue using the scenic Hai Van pass. We stopped at the summit to take photos and have a drink. That area is very busy and i couldnt find my driver. Mr. Huy Nguyen was able to help me find my driver when i texted him for help. I got lost, no fault of the driver who was parked exactly where we stopped. Oveall the hotel was a great experience and the staff made it memorable.
