Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Let me just say this hotel needs better management! I stayed at cheaper hotels in the hoi an area that had better service and ran better. Cleaning service would clean the room after noon each day. Dirty towels and cleaning stuff in the elevator. The rooms are decent. However the service just isn’t there
