It was a lovely stay at the lovely and beautiful place Hoi An… the hotel owner is so friendly and accommodating too…very hands on… we had a great time at Hoi An and a great stay at the Riverland Hotel. 👍👍👍

Great little hotel near old town

We had a great stay here. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and comfortable hotel room. While it is only a few minutes walk to the busy old town, we had a quiet night in the room.

Place stinks moldy shower leaks to the bedroom under the bed we checked out after the first day and we never got offered a refund but we didn’t ask for one we just wanted to get out so we went 2 doors down to little hoi an and that was so lovely

The hotel has an amazing placement within walking distance of pretty much everything. The hosts are the nicest people and were extremely helpful with recommendations, laundry, taxis etc. I can highly recommend!

The location is good. Walking distance to Old Town n river activities. The family runs this hotel are very friendly easy going pple. Recently they added a lift and tats very useful to take us to our upper floor rooms.

Nice little hotel in a great area, right on the river. Quieter area, but super close walking distance to the chaos of Old Town. Beds are firm, room was very small, but this is reflecting in the amazing price. Love the balcony. Happy with our stay! Thank you.

The couple with daughter run the hotel. They are sooo amazing, helpful, friendly. I have booked excursions through them. They provided great information. Location is perfect - just off main area, thus quiet wile still very close to Hoi An center. Overall amazing.

Right in the centre of it all which was great (but not if you’re looking for peace which we weren’t). The room has a balcony overlooking the river and the city nightlife. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Bed was very uncomfortable and blind in bathroom was mouldy. No breakfast available but lots of places to eat nearby. Water provided daily. Had a couple of issues with room which were fixed immediately - light and fridge not working. Was good that you could detach key from power card so that fridge could be kept on while out.

Great location, but needs renovations

Pros: - good location, few mins to old town and few mins to night market - balcony view - aircon Cons: - state of the hotel is not as shown on photos, the property is in need of renovations, especially beds - our room was super small (we booked deluxe with balcony), we had to move chairs to the balcony to be able to store luggage - very damp (could be it is better in good weather we were unluckiy with the rain) Bottom line, very basic hotel, cheap, but adjust your expectations. Would recommend for short stay only.

The location of this his property is in excellent. It’s quiet yet 3 minute walk into the heart of old town. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are not great. Beds are in need of an upgrade. More than acceptable parts of the bathroom had mold as well as parts of the interior walls.The air conditioning did work great which was a plus. We only stayed for 2 nights and that was enough.

Very friendly hotel very closed to the old town and night market but still in a quiet area to relax. Good price value ratio. Note: the so called 5bed family room are basically 2 separate rooms connected via the balcony or the main hotel corridor. The pool is more a decorative small item at the main entrance than somebody will use. Both was fine for us respecting the overall price for the hotel. Eco friendliness can be improved with a water bottle refill possibility instead of plastic bottles and one-way bathroom amenities.

Good value and location for the price.

Great location and cute little family run hotel with a small pool you can chill in with some beers. We stayed on the 3rd floor and while there wasn't much for views off our small balcony, we also didn't spend a ton of time in our room. We did have a bunch of roosters right behind the villa that went off every morning at 6-7am but it just made us get up and get moving. :) Room was clean and had the essentials. Bed was mid - not the most comfortable, but did the job. No fault of the owners, but on our final night/morning we woke up to welding and sledgehammering literally right against our wall, so it was a super rude awakening at 7am and the workers didn't care. Forced us to pack up and get out quick as the noise was unbearable.

A lovely place to stay very inexpensive the room is a little smaller than we would normally book but for the location it was something I was happy to accept plus we had a balcony. The host is very nice and accommodating and yes the bathroom is tight and the water does go over the toilet but drys up quickly with a wipe. Thank you for your hospitality we enjoyed our stay and great location.
