"My stay was overnight, but the staff was great. There are lots of places nearby so it's walkable. My only complaint would be the air was loud when it was on and sometimes I was hot before it came back on. Other than that my stay was great. The shower was strong and hot and I slept great!"

"I would like to give a special shout-out to Gloria who has worked at the Hilton Anatole for 42 years. Gloria works in the catering department and went above and beyond to take care of me, ensuring that my dietary needs (restrictions) were met. She took personal responsibility of the situation and she demonstrated some who cares deeply about customer service. That feels like a rarity today. I sincerely hope she is rewarded, not only for her longevity but also her commitment to guests. That kind of customer service cannot be bought - it is intrinsic and Gloria had it in spades.
