"Room wasn’t absolute ocean view like what we booked and paid for - that was disappointing and poor value for money. Kitten has been updated but the rest of the apartment we stayed in was dated and pretty dusty and didn’t feel like it had been cleaned well. We also had no towels on arrival, asked for some and they didn’t get delivered to the apartment so had to then Call after hours line to get this organised again. Location and pool were a big hit. Might book again on day, but directly through hotel so we can ask about and pick the room that we actually pay for. "

"We keep coming back to the BBT , if you want the best view looking North up the beach & want to enjoy the beautiful GC lights at night there is no better place than the BBT The staff are friendly & it’s a relaxed vibe. "

"This place was just filthy. Even small things like cleaning the soap tray weren't done. The carpet is disgusting Apart from unhygienic, there were nails sticking out of the worn carpet area near the sliding doors, multiple cords just hanging down to a poweroard under the wall mounted tv and awfully scant kitchen. So much dust and dirt I could mention and I'm not even that fussy - I won't even go there with the couch ....."

"Cleaners need to be a bit more detailed - the headboards had a thick layer of dust on them (I'm allergic so it matters to me), the glass doors covered in fingerprints, massive stains on the carpet, shower leaked from the bathroom to the front door. Oh and we had a noise complaint at 4:15pm for 2 of us talking in our room with the doors and windows closed... LOL. Apart from these issues, the rooms purpose was so we didn't have to pay for Ubers, and have a big night out to see an awesome band, and it did the job. Beds are comfy and the water is hot."
