"The room lacked many features such as minibar, safebox etc. There aren't any bars or pubs that I could find in the area, the the hotel doesn't have a bar either. So there is nowhere to grab an after-work beer. There were a few clubs and KTV Places, but they are the kind with Zuo Tai's and Chu Tai's which makes those places not suitable for married men. Compared to price, the hotel was decent anyway."

"I stayed at Swissôtel for more than 10 days, and although the first few days didn’t get off to the smoothest start, the way everything was handled completely changed my experience. On my first night, I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room. With the language barrier, I initially thought it might become a difficult situation, but the team immediately tried to resolve the problem and, when that wasn’t enough, arranged another room for me. I was subsequently upgraded as well, which was a very thoughtful gesture. On another evening, I experienced some unusual and unexpected knocks on my door, which made me uncomfortable. This is where I especially want to mention Ella, the manager. She handled the situation with such professionalism, care and genuine concern that I immediately felt reassured. From that point onwards, Ella truly left no stone unturned to make sure the rest of my stay was exceptional. She personally made sure I was comfortable, communication was always handled beautifully, and even the staff at breakfast became familiar with my preferences and made me feel incredibly well looked after. What impressed me most was that this didn’t feel like standard hotel service or simply an attempt to fix an initial problem. Over a stay of more than 10 days, the care and attention remained consistent throughout. A hotel can have beautiful rooms and facilities, but ultimately it is the people who make you remember a stay. Ella is one of those people."

"I had an excellent experience staying at the brand-new Hilton hotel in Guangzhou, China. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and truly deserves its five-star rating. Everything from the facilities to the service was outstanding. What really made my stay special was the exceptional service I received from Ano at the Concierge desk. He went far above and beyond to help me throughout my entire journey. When I first landed in Guangzhou, I quickly realized that my phone service was not working and that Uber was not available here. I was completely unfamiliar with how to get around, but Ano immediately stepped in and helped me set up the necessary Chinese apps, showed me how to use them, and taught me how to navigate the city. What impressed me even more was that on my last day, Ano was actually off work, but he still took the time to show me around and help me experience Guangzhou. That level of dedication and kindness is something I will never forget. Ano was always patient, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. As someone visiting Guangzhou for the first time, I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without him. Without Ano, I would have been completely lost! He made my trip so much easier, more enjoyable, and stress-free. Hilton is very fortunate to have someone like Ano on their team. His service represents exactly what five-star hospitality should be. I highly recommend this Hilton hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou, and I especially want to thank Ano for"
