"It has a good location and connects to MTR via the department store. It's a bit far (1 km), but there are many things along the way. The hotel is as
luxurious
as expected. I once stayed in Langham, London, and this Shenzhen hotel has that same vibe. The room is spacious, and the staff was attentive and responded to all requests quickly and correctly, even though they were not perfect in English. Overall, I will stay here again if I come to Shenzhen."

"The room was big, a bit outdated but its clean, the hotel is very close to the subway station and shopping area. The lobby is vey quiet, hotel lobby staff is ok, I didn't feel very welcomy maybe because the staff are sitting behind the desk and it feels like more of an office than a hotel. I think this is a thing they need to improve, perhaps change the seats to high chair so if they need to stand up its easier for them, I'm not against them sitting, I know its a hard job to stand up all day....

"I thought my stay was very opulent. The room was lovely. The glass shower into the room was very cool. The view was phenomenal. The room was so quiet, I wasn't used to it after living in China. Staff was nice. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The mini bar was stocked and use was minimal fees. I really liked it. The pool I didn't use because it was in another building and a hike away, but it looked nice when I checked it out. I liked walking around the neighborhood and there are about 4 subway...
