Friendly staff. Great pools and right on the beach. Cute little pool side bar, and close enough to all the action but not in the thick of it. Lots of dining options close by. Great donuts!!!

We loved having a kitchen in our room! With a grocery store across the street it made it super easy / affordable to grab some snacks / lunches for our days there!

We rented the dolphin room for our reception, no air conditioning for 4 hours! Got fans after 3 hours! Very unhappy guest left before we finished!

This place was super cute and very spacious. I love how there is a separate mirror spot aside from the bathroom so you can do your makeup while others are taking a shower. The kitchen and dining area were great. The views of the ocean and balcony were amazing. The floors were really dirty though. I’m guessing it’s from the salt spray but not sure. I would stay again! The staff is so nice!

We loved it here! Seen dolphins every day off our deck, actually slept on couch cushions on the deck because it was so beautiful! Watching the sun rise over the ocean is something else! We loved it here!!!

Unfortunately this property is seriously run down. Beach was nice thanks to Mother Nature, beyond that the property and grounds were terribly in disrepair and neglected. Sheets and bed were clean, however the furniture was old and outdated, cabinet hardware was missing, door lock was a chain, and it was noisy. They were mowing the lawns at 8:30 AM; and our ‘ocean view’ we requested was visible, but only if you were to look around the staircase in front of the windows. We could see a sliver of the water! Parking was terrible; and while we did find a handicap spot, it was quite a distance from the room; which necessitated walking the sidewalks which were frankly dangerous for a disabled person. Unsafe. I requested a refund as soon as the room and location viewed; however property indicated I would have to deal with Expedia in that regard. We chose to stay as we had been driving all day, and didn’t want the hassle of resolving the issues. Needless to say this was a bad location and property. Perhaps the worst I’ve experienced. Note - I am not one to write critical reviews, but this had to be addressed.

Hi Susan. Sorry to hear you were no happy with your requested accommodations. Oceanview rooms are much more economical than Oceanfront rooms and this is reflected in the location of said rooms. Our maintenance team are always ready to help our guests with any reported issues. All our guest room doors are secured with a dead bolt as well as security chain. Unfortunately, reservations made via booking agencies must be cancelled or amended by the agency.We appreciate your feedback. Thanks for staying at Perry's.

The hotel met all our needs. Perfect location with a grocery store across the street. We had an ocean view room and it was great. Very spacious. We had the bunk bed suite. Would highly recommend for families. There is still work around the area from the hurricane damage but everything is well taken care of so everyone can still enjoy the beach during the construction. Would love to go back again.

Rooms are beautiful. It is a bit of an older building but very nice. 2 outdoor pools. 1 indoor and a jacuzzi. Place was very comfotable to stay and wake up to the sunrise. Fresh donuts in the morning were nice.

We had a great time, enjoyed the spacious room and the heated pool/hot tub. Great location, easy access to the beach and quick drive to lots of fun activities around the area, we'd definitely stay here again!

Our stay was ok. We couldn't do early check in or late check out. The pool was dirty and the only time i went in i was so itchy i had to shower right away. Across perry's theres a 711 so that was nice. I liked the view of my room ocean front. In the kitchenette i only used the microwave and couple dishes. Over all 8.5/10

There is not a tiki bar or restaurant on the property. The walls are paper thin and everything feels very old and dirty. The pools are all very dirty also. We checked out the day we checked in.

We liked our room however the grounds have been beat up by past storms and are still in disrepair. Certainly some cosmetic clean up and paint could help make an improvement in the outdoor aesthetics. We also had to wait until 4:30 pm to check us in. The front desk staff tired to help us.

Hi Sean. Our rooms with kitchenettes are much more economical than rooms with Kitchens and are therefore less equipped with certain appliances and fixtures. Perhaps a room with a kitchen would have suited your needs more appropriately. Thank you for staying at Perrys.

There's quite a bit of hurricane damage still. It was very loud, probably due to the location of our room. We were able to get into the room at 4:35, not even an apology for late check in.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s wonderful here. I came for the first time last new years and liked it so much that we came back for spring break. Very clean facility and very friendly staff. Every where you look there is someone cleaning or doing landscaping. There was definitely damage from the hurricanes but you can see them fixing things daily. One elevator was down but I still never waited more than a few minutes. Once they get the sea wall repaired it will look really good again. We will surely be back again soon. Thanks Perry’s.

We have never stayed on DB and found Perry’s online. While it looked pretty dated from the outside, the room was very updated and nice. Parking was tight but convenient. The staff was very nice and check in and out was fast and easy. We were close to everything we wanted to do as well. We highly recommend for a family and would definitely stay again.
