"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for my stay. The balcony offered a direct view of the water park, which was a delightful feature and made the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was good, but the variety was only average, and the food itself matched that level—decent but nothing particularly special. While the room and the view were the highlights, the dining experience could benefit from more options and higher quality. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, especially for the room and scenic balcony view."

"Fantastic location and comfortable stay! The location of this hotel is unbeatable—it’s right next to Komtar JBCC and City Square, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient, especially after crossing CIQ. The room was spotless, modern, and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a great spread with plenty of variety. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to JB!"

"We love staying at Grand Paragon Hotel and visit almost every month. It is a very child-friendly hotel, which makes it perfect for our family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the breakfast has a good variety. The air conditioning is great, and our children always enjoy their stay. It feels like a home away from home for us, and we always look forward to coming back. Highly recommended for families with children! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
