"Convenient location (4 min walk to airport) and room is clean and cozy. Everything (lights, TV, blinds) can be controlled by an IPAD and bed is large and comfy. Highly recommended."

"Quietly surprised with this hotel, wasn't expecting much when i booked. However on arrival, we were greeted with a easy book in system, a swanky modern reception area and went to the room. Bed was a little small, but the room was really nice. Will book again if ever back in Rotterdam"

"We had a lovely time! Front desk people were amazing and very helpful! Our room was twice as big! The only thing was when we tried to dine at the restaurant downstairs, waiter informed us that they can only serve pizza and salad coz of freezer issues, bummer! Other than that though, i highly recommend! "

"We stayed here for one night due to our flight to Vancouver being cancelled, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is compared to similar-level hotels in France or Italy. From the shuttle bus to the reception and restaurant, the service was outstanding. The room was clean, spacious, tidy, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"I flew in for one night and wanted dinner. Literally, only a single McDonald's in the area. As someone from the States, we don't actually eat McDonald's at home. It's not the hotel's fault, but I'm answering the last question of the survey honestly - there are horrible, or no, options for dinner in the area. Not even a convenient store to grab snacks and water."

"Love the comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and timely shuttle service. Other than the noise of airplanes outside my window, I had an excellent stay and hope to return again. Thank you!"

"The staff was amazingly helpful at all times and complimentary beverages in the lobby were nice. Also excellent availability of ice. Across the street from a lovely canal cruise company that is part of I Amsterdam and around the corner from the hop on hop off bus. Walkable to many restaurants and the Rijk. The in house restaurant is very good but very expensive. "
