"The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was not as great. The TV required using two remotes and pushing buttons that made no logical sense. Each time you turned on the set, you had to go through a procedure. Who knew you had to use the second remote (not Shaw) and push a star button, then go to the Shaw remote and choose HDMI 3 as the input etc. We tried to phone the front desk, but the phone didn't work. "Copperstone Resort is a very nice and comfortable condo complex. Very easy to find off the highway and even easier to access. The underground parking makes life so much easier especially when the weather turns bad. The unit itself was very nice, clean and modern. The only issue was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke from the previous occupant but that slowly dissipated over several days of airing the unit out. The gym and hot tub were small but welcoming.
