"Queen suite was lovely. Jetted bath was amazing. Shower was disappointing, either too hot or freezing cold so we couldn't use it. Bar was overtaken by a wedding and although we could use it, we felt that we couldn't as we didnt want to intrude. Helpful staff and enjoyable stay"

"Receptionist checked us nearly and put the two rooms we had booked together. Rooms were fine enough for a night before a cruise. Had a meal in the restaurant and it was very nice and reasonably priced for London. Altogether a good stay and would book again"

"No money has been spent on the property for years, there are broken windows, mould on the paintwork, cracked tiles and much more. Music in the bar was blasting out to the early hours. We were booked in for two nights but went elsewhere after one"

"There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again."
