The bed was comfortable for sleeping and it was quiet also. The wifi worked well and the pool and grounds were clean. One can get a breakfast in their restaurant for 50K rp which was fulfilling. I would stay here again and recommend."

"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. "Amazing and friendly staff and good quality amenities especially hair conditioner. I found this resort while walking along Kuta Beach and thought it looked amazing, so we decided to book one night to try it out. The slides and kids’ pool were a great feature, especially for families. However, during our stay, the pool water appeared cloudy, we noticed some bugs, and there was an odor that made us personally less comfortable using it."
