"There is no parking without a good walk. With my mobility issues, this was less than ideal. They do have valet parking for $69/night which is insane. The parking was the only issue. The hotel, staff and location was great. "
"CONS: The air conditioner in our room did not work. When my husband tried to call, the phone was not working either. He went down to the front desk to make them aware of the AC. A maintenance person was sent quickly and he was able to get the AC going. My husband asked him about the phone, and he stated the phone system was down. The design of the shower in our room was not practical. The stationary showerhead was placed so that it sprayed directly onto the shower curtain which then ran onto the bathroom floor leaving it standing in water...the showerhead was not adjustable. Thankfully, there was a handheld showerhead...just not as convenient in my opinion. The toilet paper holder was broken so the toilet paper constantly fell on the floor.
PROS: Our room was a nice size and included double beds and a large couch. The bathroom was sizeable as well. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and the towels were nice compared to other hotels in this price range. The breakfast was outstanding...lots of variety and was available at 5:30 a.m.! The hotel is located near the airport and offers a free shuttle! The shuttle was on time and the driver did a great job! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would have no problem staying here again!"
"The hotel is ok nothing extraordinary just a standard hotel. Whoever wrote about the breakfast being good was out of their damn minds. If you are booking it for the breakfast go elsewhere. It isn’t good at all."
"The Air Conditioner was not working and the room was very hot. I notified the front desk and about an hour later, someone arrived with a fan. I was told that the air conditioner "tower" was down and they were awaiting a repair. Also, why the shower glass has a porthole window in it is beyond me. Every time we took a shower water would spray outside into the bathroom."
