"Love this hotel! It is on the edge of Banff so away from the large crowds but still totally walkable to the heart of the action (~ 2 km) or you can take free public transit. Lovely rooms- generous in size and the hot pools are SO welcome after a day of hiking. Would def return! ❤️"

"Clean room, friendly, helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was great value. Room service is not available unless requested, but I honestly preferred not having someone in the room when I wasn’t there, I felt more comfortable with asking for anything I needed when I needed it. "

"Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, gave me an upgrade and treated me well. Its in the heart of downtown so it was a little sketchy for me as a single woman traveling alone. Thankfully there is lots of security everywhere. "
