"Good location, lovely property, and helpful customer service."

"Property was amazing-gorgeous, smelled good. Beds so comfortable. AC was confusing and we couldn’t get it right. Def a European vibe to the hotel. They have extra security at night and this made us feel safe. Pool was so serene and drinks/food there was 10/10. Only thing they could improve is the quality of the breakfast- there were a lottt of options and we felt the food was bland and coffee wasn’t good. Other than that no notes! "

"If you're African-American this is the HONEST review for you. The area is very calm, quiet, and safe. Plethora of restaurants to chose from in the area, BUT the food doesn't have the richest flavors, but still good. If you're a walker, the action is literally a 10-15 minute walk away, and a 5 minute Uber ride ($3 MAX). The hotel staff is nice, the housekeepers are respectful, and do an excellent job at cleaning. The rooftop is beautiful. The pool isn't big, but it's not heavily occupied, and has a nice view. I did the balcony regular room which was sufficient enough for 1 person. 2 is a stretch because it's very "cozy". Overall, 10/10 stay for what you're paying for. Definitely returning here when I come back. "
