"Everything was fine "

"Amazing hotel with wonderful views. The pool was stunning, tennis court was great and available after sunset. Room was incredibly spacious. Reception staff speak perfect English and could answer all my requests. Breakfast was nice and restaurant and bar offer affordable and delicious coctails and snacks. The only disadvantage were little flies flying in the room which were annoying."

"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. Which certainly was an improvement, but barely 3 stars let alone 4. I was...

"Wonderful, hospitable warm hotel. Armen the owner was very attentive to guests and Lusia is the soul of the place. Will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended and great value."

Нет слов, одни эмоции ! ...сауна, джакуззи под звездным небом, бассейн с Севанской водой, сладкий сон в комфортных номерах и персонал который заменяет семью... Всё на грани фантастики. Удачи !)"
